(November 8, 2018, 9:55 am)The person who fixed my LG washer was excellent but there needs to be an improvement in the office when rescheduling an appointment. I called Sears to reschedule my appt because I wanted them to come sooner. They first rescheduled a Nov 13 appt to Nov 2 from 8-12, never showed up, so I called and they rescheduled it again for Nov 3 from 1-5, never showed up. He finally came on Nov 5 at 11 am. This was terrible sitting around for 3 days because the Sears office couldn't reschedule properly. I even got emails and text msgs confirming all those days. Does Sears not think that people have lives and can't sit around waiting for technicians to come to your house? Very unorganized! Loved the guy who came to fix the machine though.

(June 25, 2018, 10:25 am)The technician was very professional, competent and friendly. He had the parts on the truck and didn't mind explaining how he was repairing the side rails and replacing the part with a stainless steel one that would be better. I would highly recommend the sears service.
