When I was leaving the Rider Campus from my week at Boys State, my car's automatic backdoor stopped working and would not close. My mother and I were stuck at Rider University trying to figure out how to fix the door. Officer Jacobs was of great help to us because he stopped to help us try and fix our door when he was driving around campus. When we called the Triple A service and they sent a responder, the responder had no idea how to reach us on campus. Officer Jacobs drove out and led the responder to our location, saving everyone lots of time. A major thank you to the public safety department and especially Officer Jacobs for helping us with the entire situation.
