They just installed 3500 square feet of custom dyed carpeting for me and the process was perfect from beginning to end. Russell thoroughly explained the different wood grades, manufacturers, and costs. Christina has the patience of a saint as we went over all the tile, grout, hardware, shower door, lighting and cabinet choices plus our change-in-scope.
No surprises when all was done. The installers were all very polite and the place was clean and meticulous both during and after they were done. -

(February 1, 2018, 7:40 am)In my opinion, Regent is the place to go if you value quality, service and reps with substantial expertise. They are a local, family-run company with an excellent reputation, and they stand behind their product with no BS. You may pay a little more than at a Home Depot or a discount flooring place, but not a lot. But the piece of mind of dealing with good people you can trust at a locally-owned company makes their VALUE much higher than those other places. There's a good reason they've been in business for such a long time. Highly recommend.
