  Kelli has been my trainer for over a year now. She has the ability because of her educational background to help you work through your ailments and overcome them. She never pushes you too hard, but is great at assessing your need for a challenge.

  I was referred to Jersey strong by a friend and Kyle the membership rep reach out to me very quickly . We communicated on a time to meet up and touring the gym . He was very so flexible with working around my schedule . Today I finally was able to come in and get a tour of the gym and I was wow’d. Kyle answered every question I had and walked me through each part of the gym. The gym was gigantic and seemed very clean . Needless to say I was so impressed by the whole experience I decided on the spot to sign up. Happy lifting :-)

  Kelly has been my personal trainer for more than a year and I have enjoyed every minute of it. She challenges me and seems to know my capabilities, Kelly is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups, longer timing w my planks / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts, especially when she teaches TRX. She always makes sure my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. “Quality over Quantity”

  Over the last year Kelli has been a fantastic personal trainer. She truly cares about my well-being as well as my progress, and that is extremely important to me. Kelli knows how to push me and encourage me without yelling or being aggressive, which is key for me as I don’t react well to aggression- something I’ve experienced with past personal trainers. Kelli goes out of her way to be supportive and helpful in every capacity she can. She recommends apps to use to track food and exercise and even suggests recipes she knows that I’ll enjoy. I am very grateful for the time I’ve gotten to work with Kelli and am grateful that we can continue working together in the future!

  I needed to find a gym that was close to my house. Jersey strong has everything I needed. I signed up for personal training. Alvin is personable and extremely encouraging but kicks my butt at the same time. He gives me diet tips and always motivates me even when I’m not training with him that day. Highly highly recommend him.
