Scott returned my SOS call immediately, was at my house within the hour. He quickly diagnosed the situation, told me what he could do (clear a terrible clog that was sending sewage back up into our house) and what he could not do (replace a pipe fixture that was compromised, but not in need of immediate replacement), and then had everything sorted out within another hour. He was professional, courteous, and clearly knows what he is doing. He is also former US military, which I appreciate and respect. The work is not cheap, BUT I think that is just the nature of this type of emergency service. I didn't have time to do any comparative pricing, but I believe that it is well within reasonable. Highly recommended.

I am sorry if you feel our prices are too high however I assure you if you shop around you will find that we are quite competitive . Both your brother who originally placed the call and your sister were given our prices upfront on the phone and neither one of them had a complaint . I also reiterated the price for doing that job with your sister before I started .We always strive to do the best job possible at a fair price and make our customers feel satisfied .We also pride ourselves with being up front and honest with every customer.
