That kind of customer service is remarkable in this day. Would go back to him again because of the customer service and because he was a gentlemen on the phone.

(September 24, 2016, 9:06 am)The bridge of my violin snapped in half and I called the music box out of the blue asking if they could fix it.. It was a Friday afternoon at 4:30. The technician, Mark, said he would stay late for me to get there, then he shaped me a new bridge in a half hour. It fits great and sounds great. He was personable and charged me $20 after he quoted me $40 on the phone. Other places I called said it would cost anywhere from $60 to $175! I will be going back for any violin or guitar repairs I need. Highly recommended.
