  I went for a consultation. I am very impressed with Dr. Shapiro's knowledge. And he gives you the option for the best long term solution. I wish I had found him earlier. My husband also says Dr. Shapiro is phenomenal.

  I am very impressed the way he put in my crown within 2 hours. Very professional and friendly.

  I cannot emphasize too much how superb Dr. Shapiro is. He has an astonishing willingness to take the TIME to carefully explain in detail the nature of the dental condition, alternative remedial procedures, and the reasons for his particular recommendation. And that sometimes mean not necessarily going with some expensive procedure which, though available as an option, is actually unlikely to improve the situation significantly. I'm 59 and thus have had many dentists, but none has shown anything like this level of professional commitment or personal interest in patients. Besides caring about patients as people, he's got a kind of excitement about dentistry (he really seems to LIKE thinking about the dental issues he encounters and using his medical expertise to come up with the best solution)

  Dr. Shapiro and his entire staff are wonderful! Always treating my family with warmth and kindness. They are efficient and extremely knowledgable, always taking the time to explain his plan of care and answer our questions. Thanks Doc!

  I have always been pleased with all my previous work done at Dr. Shapiro's office. In the past I have had x-rays and cleaning, and Dr. Shapiro and his staff have always been friendly, efficient, and welcoming. Dr. Shapiro has never tried to sell me some service which I didn't feel I needed, as some other area dentists have done. This visit I needed a crown because an old molar (I'm an old patient) had disintegrated while I was eating a salad. You might say for this crown I got the royal treatment. Dr. Shapiro gave some very gentle injections in my tooth and gum areas, being very concerned about not hurting me. He cleaned out the tooth and then took images with some modern machine he has, and offered me the chance to go into his lab room to watch a machine make my crown in 10 minutes. When all was ready, Dr. Shapiro cemented the perfectly-fitting crown in place. The whole event was almost fun!. I am very glad I found Dr. Shapiro.
