  We were renovating our NYC apartment. We found Baths Etc by accident. The staff was amazing. They had great ideas and suggestions, and the prices were fair. More importantly, they did not waste our time. They were efficient and timely with their ideas and with delivery of the products. Their warehouse is in Trenton, so it was convenient to pick things up if we were pressed for time. I would highly recommend these folks. They were a pleasure to deal with.....every time.

  An excellent place. I would never go anywhere else for my bath needs. Staffed by Professionals that are knowledgeable, helpful, and reliable. I am satisfied with the prices I received.

They worked with us to reach the manufacturer (who refused -- as a matter of policy -- to accept a return on a product that was unopened and undamaged!)
