  My husband and I have been working with Darren for the last two years. He guided us in settling a very complex estate. Darren is always available to speak with by phone, text or email. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. Always available when we needed him. With his guidance we were able to settle the estate in a timely manner. Our family is happy this is behind us and we can move on. However, we will miss Darren as we feel he is more than our attorney. He became a friend who we would highly recommend to others.   What do attorneys and Pizzerias have in common? In Mercer county, there is one on every corner. Seriously though, there are so many options and choices so how do you make a decision? Until I was introduced to Darren Baldo, I had no relationship with any of the attorneys we had used for 15 years!!! Everything was cold and transactional and lacked a personal, human touch. I felt intimidated even though I was a paying client. Darren is the opposite of my prior experiences. I have worked with Darren Baldo for years now, and most recently his dedication to me as the owner, and to my company has resulted in a tremendous expansion for us.   Darren has been my company and personal attorney since 2006. He successfully defended my company in a 3 year case through and after trial, won our counterclaim and collected all of the money from the very person that sued us. He has also successfully handled LLC matters, bankruptcy and tax matters.
