I had a piano removed from our home a few years ago and it was the smoothest process. The customer service I received over the phone was great! The reason I am writing the review and giving 5 stars, is for the emails they send out to past and present customers showing gratitude and kindness. The genuineness of the customer care is what will make me a repeat customer in the future!

Big and his crew did an outstanding job. They were careful in our house, taking time to protect the floors and walls from damage. They were willing to make the extra effort, by working with us to creatively make sure all of our belongings could fit in a tight space. And perhaps most importantly, Big and his team understood that moving is stressful even in the best of circumstances - his constant refrain “I got you” was comforting as were the big smiles and easy demeanor of his crew. Edit: The moving cost was 4 times the estimate!! Yes, we had someone from the company come out and physically showed them everything. We saw the estimator write down we would only need 16 boxes for books- we even brought up with her that was way too low. She agreed and added more. But on moving day, not only did they say the estimate was wrong, they then said we needed 2 additional days of moving. And quadrupled our moving cost. What's the point in having an "expert" come out and give us a quote when it's completely wrong? They handled our stuff very professionally and nothing was broken. But we have moved 4 times in the last few years and had less stuff this move than previous moves and it was the most expensive move by far with much less stuff. We only moved from Princeton to NYC and previously we were moving much farther distances.

Written on packing day prior to the move: Hands down the best!! We have moved every few years and David R completely beats them all. He was communicative, fast, and made sure everything was taken care of. Jose, Dante, and Tremayne worked so hard and we’re so nice. Moving is stressful and yet David R somehow made it feel a lot less so. Ask for him specifically!

I had never hired movers before, so it was incredibly helpful to have Princeton Van Service available to me. The entire process, from requesting a quote and confirming logistics with Danielle, to coordinating the move the day-of, went off without a hitch. Both Mario and Luigi were attentive to my needs, and worked with me to transport my furniture between locations, taking careful attention to packaging and placing the furniture pieces right where I pictured them. I would highly recommend Princeton Van Service for anyone moving, and would certainly request their services again!
