“They did a laboratory test for my wife back in January, I reviewed by insurance page and it said that the procedure was considered experimental so they would not cover it. I have been waiting to be hit with the several hundred dollars bill so I decided to call the billing department to ask what happened. I was told that they would not penalize the patient in those situations so I would not receive a bill from them. Those were excellent news. The only thing I would probably change is that I would like to have received a notice from them stating this so I would have known before and not have to worry about it.”
