“Worth the extra drive! This isn’t the closest club for us but it’s worth the inconvenience for the excellence in quality of coaching and the friendly and inclusive atmosphere at the club. Coach John is a natural teacher and is dedicated to encouraging his kids. He teaches more than technique and strategy, as he fosters a respect for participation, effort and good sportsmanship. The club scrimmages are great fun and especially encouraging to new fencers not yet ready for the bigger competitions. My kid wasn’t keen to compete, but he’s now having fun at tournaments. This is a great club for your kid to learn at their own pace and in a friendly environment where winning is celebrated but so is losing admirably and giving your best!”

I use mono-vision contacts and it's not easy to prescribe contacts that work well. I felt that she did a very good job on my eye exam and she was able to determine a good set of contacts for my eyes promptly. She was easy to reach after the exam to answer or accommodate any of my requests. I had a great experience with her and I plan on coming back next year.”
