I wanted to take self defense classes all my life. I started training with Jeff a month ago and I'm loving it. I am a beginner and Jeff is training with dedication, patience and personal attention. The classes are challenging, informative, conducted in a light and friendly manner. I'm really impressed with the skills I've picked up and how I have strengthen my ability to defend myself in various situations. You don't have to be physically strong to be able to protect yourself. You need to learn how to react in a bad situation.This class is a gem and I recommend it to everyone.”

“Taylor did my first ever facial. Going into the appointment, I was nervous how my skin would react since it is extremely sensitive. However, she took her time to carefully assess my skincare needs and concerns. I felt she was very thorough in discussing my skin goals and throughout the entirety of the facial itself. Taylor created a very comfortable environment with dim lights, relaxing music and a heated bed. Leaving the appointment, my skin felt and looked as if it were glowing.
