Depending on how you we want to be reminded about our service calls we are either emailed or called in advance to make sure someone will be home. Even when I have had to call in to change the apppointment I am never on hold for more than a minute before getting a live person. I have even managed to get appointments within 48 hours. We try and always schedule our appointments when our Technician James G is available. He is always prompt and efficient and doesn’t mind Charley(our Labrador) following him all over the house. “Note these guys are now in Hamilton--but worth the drive. Spectacular service and great selection for young children as well as adults. A truly caring and competent family business. When our 2-year-old daughter needed glasses, I called around and could find very few places who even carried glasses for such a small child. I called AJ Pone, and they said we take care of kids *all the time*. We worked with Dennis, who was extremely friendly and accommodating. He greeted us by name, as he did for the other customers we saw. My daughter is usually an uncooperative patient, but Dennis made her feel comfortable. They carry a bunch of different kids' frames, including Dilli Dalli, which we ended up with. Dennis shared our delight for seeing my toddler's amazed reaction for being able to see. They're more of a drive for us now that they are only in Hamilton (no longer in Princeton), but we'll be back.”

“Typical McDonald's; located inside Trenton Transit Center. Their food is fresher than some others that I've been in. They don't run out of menu items, either. I stop in when passing through Trenton. The staff understands the word "fast" in fast food. All have been very friendly. The place has always been clean, too. Sometimes, there have been transients outside. They are not intrusive or threatening, just hungry, maybe. If you can, buy someone a sandwich. There is plenty of policing for a small area.”

“I have used Capital Floor for new carpet in my bedroom of my house. They were very helpful, especially because they they listened to my needs, then took their time to explain to me they styles of carpeting, price points, everything. From picking out a carpet to installation, was pretty quick to boot. If there is a problem with them, is that they have too many choices! Now I'm getting ready to replace the rest of the carpeting in the house, as well as flooring for my kitchen. I'm not even going to bother with Home Depot or Lowe's, I'm heading straight to Capital Floor Covering...”
