“Went to ship a package and I thought the staff handled my package and the service I received very well. There were a few customers in the store and the manager handled each interaction with professionalism. There was a Chinese customer who was rude to the lady manager because he felt he did not need to pay a packaging fee for a drop off but NOT closed package. I can understand the frustration for someone returning a package but the fact that the package was NOT ready to go and required a service from the store, I feel, is fair for the store to charge for it.”
