“Wonderful family run farm. Dave is the head farmer and really takes great care to plan the season. He's been trying to perfect the cantaloupe and I was one of the few lucky ones to try it this year before the rain ruined it; it is quite possibly the best cantaloupe I've ever tasted. Dave's mom, Lynn manages the books and was kind enough to let me switch from the farm share to the market share early on when I realized it was just too much every week. By the way, if you get the individual farm share, you'll have enough to cook for 2-3 people every day until your next scheduled pickup! (I just didn't want to cook every day.) Dave's dad, Alan, manages the store front. He is so friendly and has lots of great ideas on how to cook, pair, and eat the various crops they grow, which is great because I've never heard of many of them! It's a great way to try new veggies! This farm offers a lot of variety and options. You'll never walk away empty handed!”

“There is a place in Texas called "Babes". It is the absolute best country food I've ever had. That said, when we visited Roadhouse we expected another run of the mill Longhorn knockoff. Absolutely not the experience. Instead, we got a family oriented, delicious meal that rivals the best country restaurant in my opinion. The country fried chicken is freaking awesome and their service is incredible. This place gets it. Yes, a million times yes. Get your butt here if you want good food.”

“I don't drink a lot, but come here maybe twice a year to get wine for the holidays and for cooking. They have a huge variety of stuff and I enjoy looking at their selection. For cooking, there's a nifty little discount wine section way in the back-back. Just recently discovered they have a certain brand of honey mead that we discovered at Columbus Farmers Market and it's nice to be able to buy it at ShopRite. Friendly staff too.”

“This has been my first and only barbershop experience and I now understand what the big deal was! Rob is usually my barber as there are only 2 barbers. He knows people's faces, the regulars, and is nice and courteous to everyone. Greets everyone, apologizes to anyone that might not want to wait on a busy day. The thing is that they don't rush your haircut. It's not like a revolving door and your just another person's hair to cut. They care about how you look and want to make sure you leave happy and satisfied. I always make sure I'm not in a rush to get a haircut done because these guys are here to make sure you look great for any occasion. The time and effort is well worth it. Don't forget to tip!
