Evolution ByCycle

I had a cycling class on 1/25/2020 at 7:30 AM. I typically choose the early morning classes because there's less people and I can focus on myself/form. It was supposed to be me and another girl, but she never showed up, so I ended up being the only person. The instructor asked me if I wanted to work on anything specific or if I wanted to do her routine. I chose hers. We had an endurance workout with multiple sets of sprints, which worked up a good sweat. The instructor still pushed me, which was needed at times. Therefore, I had an awesome (though quiet ride) with a great instructor (Melissa G.). I recommend visiting the facility and doing a cycling class.

I thoroughly enjoyed my first ride at Evolution ByCycle. What made the experience truly phenomenal for me was the on screen monitors (on the bikes and in front of the room) where I could see my gear choices, combined with my RPM efforts displayed in the total of my overall WATTS! I was also able to compare my performance with other riders which inspired me. Most cycle or spin studios/gyms don’t offer that kind of technology. Also, the instructor gave great cues and her music was hot. Needless to say I will be back.

I've been attending classes for the last month and I am 100% satisfied with the instructors, the equipment and the experience as a whole. On my first visit I got a complete explanation of how to use the bike. I'm always greeted in a friendly manner and feel very comfortable during my work out. The workouts are challenging and can be tailored to any level of fitness. I'm really impressed that after the class is over I get an email with my workout results - miles, calories, etc. I also have attended a circuit training classes and enjoy those as well. I couldn't be happier with Evolution ByCycle!

This was my first group class in a very long time. I generally don't like how packed and "cliquey" gym classes are. My experience at Evolution ByCycle was the exact opposite of this. The staff was very welcoming and encouraging. I loved the instructor!! The class size was small and everyone was friendly. I will definitely become a regular at the class i tried as well as try to fit 1 other class/week here as part of my workout routine.

I've been an indoor cycle instructor and avid outdoor rider for decades. Found this gem of a studio on my travels to the east coast; the studio and equipment/technology is top notch. The equipment is meticulously maintained and clean... hard to do in a commercial facility setting. The instructors are fantastic and their workouts are well designed, The other participants were welcoming. Thanks Evolution!
