WENT ON 08/01/2018 TO THE MEDI CARE SECTION, A STAFF MEMBER WALKED ME OVER TO THE OFFICE TO TAKE NEW INFO, ANOTHER STAFF MEMBER FINISHED IT AND WALKED ME BACK TO THE MEDI CARE SECTION. THE GIRLS COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE ACCOMMODATING . THANKS FOR THE HELP
I’ve been going here for years. The staff at the front desk have always been rude and anytime you’d call for an appointment, they’d sigh heavily on the phone and tell you how the schedule is booked up and you’re just going to have to wait for a month. In the waiting room, they’d do nothing but complain about work and talk about patients in a derogatory way. I put up with it because the doctors are great, but every time I had to go there or call I’d take a deep breath beforehand because it felt like I was going into battle. As of yesterday, 4-17-18, there is a new lovely face behind the counter and I’m writing this review to let you all know that the problem is no longer working there. Much different atmosphere.
