I contacted Ben based on the review I saw in google. He responded right away and was able to come and clean my carpet today. He and his crew were polite, respectful and responsive to my questions. I would absolutely use Carpetline again. What a great experience and outcome!

This is the second time we've called Ben in to clean our carpets and it's the second time he has done a fantastic job. He was perfectly on time, he is a very friendly guy and he got our cream carpets looking brand new again. We plan on calling him in again in a years time and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Ben is the person to call if you need cleaning of rugs. He is extremely knowledgeable about these carpets and about how to keep them looking their best. His company did an outstanding job of cleaning one of my large Persian rugs. Ben's staff completed an excellent job. I highly recommend Ben and CarpetLine.

Ben was booked to clean our white rug which was looking super grubby (thanks cat)! And within about half hour it was back gleaming to its normal color. Ben was very friendly and professional and offered some great advice about keeping other items of furniture clean which I had asked about. My tenant moved out of my 4-story townhouse and I had a limited window to come into town to restore it - including carpet cleaning. I didn't know where to turn so I checked the CarpetLine reviews and liked what I saw about the company. I called and he was totally accommodating, explained everything and was able to set up a time before I left town. He gave me confidence that that job would be done right and at a fair price. Essentially, my satisfaction was guaranteed.

The morning of the appointment I got a call from technician and he arrived right on schedule. He explained everything and got right on task. I had to leave before he finished, but when I returned - WOW - I was amazed at the results. He let me know when he was done and left me some booties so I could walk around before everything dried.

He also followed up with a call to make sure that I was pleased with the results.
