(June 12, 2018, 11:44 am)Good Shell location with fair prices and good people, but needs updates.
If you ever pass by here a lot, whether for a commute or using Rt 18 as your common route, you may have realised that this location has changed a few times, closed to operation or go through some sort of change. However, after realising that their fuel prices don't spike intensely when the rest of the area does, I started going there. The attendants working there are very nice and humble. The place isn't horribly maintained.
To note, however, compared to traditional Shell fuel stations, this one falls to be very outdated with old pump and payment systems. Payment takes place AFTER the pumping is complete and is initiated by the attendant only (no pay-at-the-pump.) Fuel Rewards discounts (including Stop & Shop / Giant linked discounts) are not accepted yet. The attendant did, however, note that, as patronage grows, all involved parties will work on accepting these programmes in the future. -

(December 23, 2017, 8:25 pm)On 12/16/17 near dinner time we experienced car trouble due to a failing battery. We called AAA for assistance and waited. The attendant working at the time went well beyond what he needed to do. He offered us the use of his indoor space to keep warm, asked customers if they had jumper cables but in the end one of his friends came by with jumper cables.

(August 19, 2017, 9:45 am)Fantastic fueling experience! The new owners here are great guys and some of the most personable folks you'd ever want to meet. One of the only gas stations I can think of that actually takes the time to clean your windows while you're gassing up.
