First class business and amazing service. Traveling from NY to Florida we broke an axel and Alan was on the phone at 730am trying to find a replacement for us. Once we located one and picked it up he had the new axel installed within an hour. Without a doubt saved our trip. I highly recommend anyone traveling along I-95 to give Alan a call if they need any repairs.

They saved our life! On a trip frim NY to FL, our trailer wheel bearing failed. Alan found a way to squeeze us in, found a part for us and did it all with a smile on a Saturday night. He sent us on our way same day. Amazing service, great shop. Absolutely cares about his customers. I would give 10 stars if I could. I wish he were local to us.

Called on a Friday and was able to drop off the same day to have my wheel bearings replaced. I asked for quick service because I messed up and waited until the last minute before a long trip with my trailer. Allen was about to have the trailer ready the following Tuesday and she pulls like a dream now. He also greased my door hinges and jack. I would highly recommend A2B Trailer Repair for any work you need to have done on your trailer or RV. Allen was very responsive to our needs and was willing to work with Dexter Axle directly for an axle replacement under warranty on our travel trailer. Not only did A2B respond in a timely manner, they also came out to our RV camp site to do the axle replacement which greatly minimized any inconvenience on our part.

Very impressed with the service we received from A2B Trailer Repair. The part we needed to repair my trailer would have taken 8-10 weeks on backorder, but Allen suggested an alternate method where he was able to replace the axle and add a spring suspension system, using parts that were available locally... so instead of 8-10 weeks, he got it done in a few days. Also, the cost was very reasonable. I didn't have a truck readily available to tow the trailer back home, so he even was able to deliver it for me in Raleigh for a very reasonable cost... above and beyond service!
