(August 18, 2015, 9:37 am)I have found this staff to be friendly as long as you are respectful to them. On 8-17-15 Bob was especially helpful when I had to ship international for the first time. While he should run a customer service course for the USPS, the majority of the staff here are great.

(November 4, 2013, 10:09 am)I've found that if I'm friendly, the staff is friendly. They can be a little slow at times, but it's usually when I'm in a hurry. They could use some extra help at the front during busy periods. I don't know if it's their management's fault or manpower problems due to the government's budgetary constraints. Our postman is friendly even though he has a busy route. I've only been here a year but I've been pleased with their service.
