  Fabulous to my surprise. The best experience of any DMV I have ever been in, They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us in a unusual situation situation. I can not say enough to express my appreciation for all they did.

  Very busy but still ok, one of the officer did not check our documents properly since they are busy and officer Ms.Maggie god bless her she took time and reviewed our documents and get the job done. God bless her

  My experience was rewarding educational and productive. Firstly, I got there 30 minutes before closing and didn’t have all my paperwork in order, the customer service person was so helpful and knowledgeable in what she does she helped me to iron out my issues and I was able to have my title, registration and vehicle license updated. At my age she was a Godsend and relief to an already frustrating day.
  I really appreciated it. Thank you!

  I guess I got lucky and had a pleasant, easy and quick experience here. Since they're extremely busy on Saturdays, I decided to go on a Monday a little after 9AM to renew my license. There was a good amount of people there, but no lines out the door. If you can avoid going on Saturdays, do so! Seems like the best times to go are during the week in the mornings (before lunch/noon) or in the evenings.
  
  It also helps the staff and the process will go a lot faster if you have all the appropriate documents ready and in your hand when you walk in. I was in there for about 15 minutes. As soon as I walked in, I told a gentlemen up front who was directing people which line to get into that I was renewing my license and that I had all the appropriate documents. I got in the check-in line and waited for about 2-3 minutes. A woman took my documents, did a few things and she told me to head to box 13. I headed over to box 13 where a gentleman took my documents, asked me how was I going to pay, signed two things, took my picture, paid and left. Staff was nice and quick in getting things done.
  
  So in conclusion, if you're renewing your drivers license, it can be a quick and simple process if you're prepared. Plan out which day during the week to go in if you can. If not and Saturday is the only option, I suggest getting there before they open!
