Food - Quality and quantity unchanged. Ming's food is awesome!
Welcome appetizers - Earlier they used to offer some basic stuff before actual food was served. No more. I'm okay with that.
Initial serving - Earlier when the food arrived, they used to serve to every guest. No more. I'm okay with that.
Tips & Service - Ming now adds 20% gratuities in the bill. I'm okay with that too. But earlier they used to pack any left over food. Now they give us containers for DIY experience. When I'm paying 20% of my baseline bill as service charge, I need some nice REAL service to have a pleasant customer experience. I'm NOT okay with packing my leftover myself and paying 20% charge at the same time.
May be some food for thought for Ming which we like and would like to continue in that way! -
