(October 3, 2022, 6:08 pm)It took longer to schedule the appointment on the phone (over 1 hour and that's the shortest time that I've had to wait) than the actual in person check in and exam time. Everyone was great. I go to the Edison, NJ facility. I used to love it when it could just drop into the receptionists and schedule an appointment. Today, I saw a number of walk ins. Has walk in scheduling come back to I can just drop in again? Txs.
