(December 1, 2022, 5:54 pm)Very nice place for service. Promptly opened at 7:30am. Only waited about 10 minutes before getting called over to meet with a service advisor. Upfront pricing, but no discount for Porsche Club members. Most of the competitors give ten percent off. Comfortable waiting area with complementary coffee and soft drinks. Shuttle service was excellent and very helpful. My Porsche was ready when promised and delivered back to me fully washed. Overall a very positive experience.

When I brought my Range Rover in for service, Jimmy was extremely helpful and immediately began to troubleshoot the reason for the vibration I was feeling. I'm a repeat Range Rover owner and would NEVER shop or service my car anywhere else. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

Response from Randy the service executive was commendable. They did my service in time and with everything place. I would recommend this place for sales and service as well.
Raycatena has the best services.
