Laurie, at the front, is a sweetheart & was truly a pleasure to speak with whenever i called— answered all of my questions as best she could and always gave a call back if she couldn’t immediately answer my question! Jeff did a phenomenal job with my repair & communicated with me as best he could, esp when it came to a delay in pick up. i would recommend this place to anyone!
I recently got into a minor accident and knew immediately where I wanted to take my car. I'm updating my rating to 5 stars bc Auto Pro truly is the best! My car looks brand new and the repair took LESS than the projected time. Everyone at this shop is kind, helpful and professional. Hope to not get into an accident anytime soon but I know exactly where I'll be going if that were to happen! -

(March 8, 2022, 4:53 pm)I had a great experience with my insurance repair at Auto Pro. They are busy, but I recognize that's a good thing. From the beginning, they were thorough and communicative. I appreciated that they called when an earlier spot opened up on their scheduled and they were able to repair my car a couple of weeks prior to my original appointment. I appreciate Laurie at the front desk reminding me to take important belongings, including some I wouldn't have thought of, as well as coordinating a ride to and from the rental car company. All-around a great experience and quality work. Would use again.
