(January 25, 2021, 12:28 pm)Overall the library manager and the assistant manager are great workers, very respectable, knowledgeable and hard-working. But the student body needs to be more sympathetic when it comes to technical system glitches/errors and not lose their patience with the bookstore workers for these inconveniences. Treat these great workers with respect and politeness and they will be able to provide you with great customer service.
