On my first visit, after testing she patiently explained that my hearing was borderline and questioned the circumstances in which I was having issues. She fitted me with a few aids and I realized I wasn’t ready for hearing aids...yet. Ali graciously said she understood where I was coming from and suggested I come back in a year. I lost quite a bit of my hearing during that year and Dr.Ali has been patiently ordering a variety of aids for me to try until I found ones that I’m most comfortable with. I had a previous bad experience before meeting Dr. Ali with an audiologist who could care less what was right for me. He was only interested in making a sale. Luck was with me when I found Dr. Ali. I travel over half an hour to get to her office and it’s definitely worth the trip. Maryann, the office manager is delightful and Dr. Ali the consummate professional. I couldn’t recommend this practice more highly...”
