“I went to Oak Tree Surgery Center in April 2021. Was nervous as this was my first experience of invasive procedures. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. They regularly communicated to help me prepare for the procedures. On the actual day, staff were very professional right from my arrival. They continuously spoke to keep my spirit high. Actual procedures were smooth and pain free. I was sedated. Few days later, they followed up by calling to enquire about my wellbeing. I saw great diversity within the staff profile. “Dr. Syed is by far one of the kindest souls I have ever come to know. She has been our family doctor for a little over a decade now. She treats me like her own rather than just a patient. She is sincere, easy to talk to and has excellent bedside manners. She listens to all my problems and concerns and tackles each of them with great confidence. She takes her time and never rushes, ever! Of all my medical issues I’ve had and have, she came up with a great plan and medications to bring them to control and has done a great job in doing so thus far. I consider myself lucky to have such a doctor as Dr. Syed in my life. She truly has blessed hands and will always make sure her patients come first. She genuinely wants to fulfill all her patients concerns and get them to better health. I just love her and so will you. “Dr. Ali has been working with me for a year and a half regarding hearing aids. On my first visit, after testing she patiently explained that my hearing was borderline and questioned the circumstances in which I was having issues. She fitted me with a few aids and I realized I wasn’t ready for hearing aids...yet. Ali graciously said she understood where I was coming from and suggested I come back in a year. I lost quite a bit of my hearing during that year and Dr.Ali has been patiently ordering a variety of aids for me to try until I found ones that I’m most comfortable with. I had a previous bad experience before meeting Dr. Ali with an audiologist who could care less what was right for me. He was only interested in making a sale. Luck was with me when I found Dr. Ali. I travel over half an hour to get to her office and it’s definitely worth the trip. Maryann, the office manager is delightful and Dr. Ali the consummate professional. I couldn’t recommend this practice more highly...”
