    Fun and challenging classes! Super clean facility. I love that the workouts are different every day - keeps it exciting. Trainers are very helpful when asked to modify or explain something. Highly recommend! 10/10

    Love this place so much!!!! I get the best workout of my life and feel so motivated by the coaches and everyone else who goes. I have definitely lost weight since going and I just feel so much better mentally being super active! Definitely recommend coming here, all my friends and I do!

    I am so glad a friend recommended this place to me, I am not disappointed! I have already been able to see a difference in how I look, feel, and how my clothes fit. The coaches and other members are very motivational and will help and encourage you...it's probably one of the best workout environments that I have been in.

    Place is awesome. Workouts are never boring. Trainers always try to keep you motivated (even when you are doing 10 sets of different types of burpees!!) Would highly recommend to anyone.

    I am so happy to be a part of Sets! The trainers are amazing. I have only been there a little over a month and I already feel so much stronger. The workouts are so different and challenging. Those are the things I need when I workout a variety and a challenge. Everyone should join!!!
