Let me start by saying if you have any aches or pains in your body or you need to do PT NJ Spine and Wellness is the place to go hands down. Every person that works there is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Matt is awesome. I hurt my lower back in the gym and immediately called the office and was referred to Matt. First day I was there he did X-rays and got right to work. He is very thorough and explained his plan to get me back to being pain free. Every time he worked on my back he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. After my first visit with him and doing the exercises with the crew there I was feeling better. Took a couple weeks of work but I am back to normal and I learned a lot about my back and how to fix my form and keep my back good. I would highly recommend Matt if you have any type of back pain. This is hands down the best place to go if you have any type of body pain.
