CKO Matawan is a great place workout and push yourself physically and mentally. It has a great group of trainers who each put their own flavor on classes to mix things up. The gym also has a great community of members who encourage and push each other to bring their best self to class each and every day. Couldn't recommend enough!

All the instructors are great here! They made me feel very welcomed. My first day I had no idea what I was doing and the instructor guided me the whole way. Highly motivating atmosphere. Been to a few CKOs in Monmouth county area.. this one is the best if ur ready to actually workout and get results! I always leave drenched in sweat and feeling great! Very family like atmosphere.. instructors know me by name and a lot of others. New owner super chill and great! Highly recommend
Best Workout you could possibly get. You leave soaked in sweat. Trainers are there to push, motivate you to reach your goal. Lost 80lbs and a whole lot of inches. If you have a bad day, facing any emotional problem, go attack that bag, you will leave there stress free!!
