    Had an Auto accident a few weeks back. The staff at Delta were diligent with updating me every step of the way with the progress. Picked my car up today and it looks like a new car. Pleased with their customer service and repair efforts. Highly recommended!

    I brought my car here for a repair after an accident. Still shaken up ( plus had my 1 1/2 year old with me), they were so patient about everything. They kept me informed about the status of my repairs via text ( which I loved). If there was any delays, they called me to keep me in the loop. My car was done a day early and the pick up was a breeze. They did a fantastic job on the car. Would definitely recommend this place. My insurance had another place I could.of gone to but the fact that Delta had the rental cars on site made it so much easier!!! Thank you!!!

    As a car repair body shop, this place is awesome.....that includes George Jack Minerva and others. The workmanship of the repair was like the damage never happened. Amazing work. The office works together like playing a violin....everything and everyone just step in and do or respond to whatever is needed. They are a pleasure to deal with and just interact with. Also nothing is too much trouble when you ask. Simply put....a class group.

    Recognizing the team at delta for their honesty, professionalism, sense of urgency, commitment, quality of work, safety and exceptional interactive customer service

    Minerva is a tremendous asset and is extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. Minerva went above and beyond to resolve issues with precise repair status updates. She always remembered specific messages and kept very organized notes which made communication effective. The trusting relationship set the tone for the level of care I knew my car was being treated with.

    When repairs were complete, I was able to conveniently drop off my rental.

    After leaving the shop I went to a gas station and was having trouble with my key and the ignition. The gas attendant offered to resolve the issue but I called Minerva and she immediately connected me with a technician and he came right away with two team members and appropriate tools. They checked out my battery under the hood and then followed me safely back to the body shop where they completely replaced my battery for a new one. I was extremely grateful they came out to check on me and provide service even after I left the shop.

    Thanks to this teams dedication to prioritizing customer needs I felt safe, at ease, aware and updated and I felt like the only customer.

    Excellent Service and very helpful during the full process. Drop my car to get fix and they over excelled my expectations. First time I needed work on my car and they made the process easy and understandable for me. Definitely recommend Delta Collisions for your car work.
