(November 21, 2018, 3:23 pm)I have been enjoying Pilates reformer classes at the Pilates and Company. At every session, the instructor will introduce new movements - so never monotonous. Like-minded people gather at the studio, which makes each visit more fun. I look forward to my weekly sessions, and if my schedule allows, I would like to make it twice weekly.
