  The staff at this urgent care are absolutely amazing! Melania at the front was super sweet! Glen who is the RMA was quick and made me feel extremely comfortable with giving me my flu vaccine. It was a quick process from start to finish and would highly recommend coming here!

  Welcoming staff , polite , professional, efficient . Dr Christina makes sure you understand your situation , covers all possibilities prior to diagnosis. 5 star experience !

  Loved everything from Jay at the front desk to the medical assistant Glen in the back and especially the doctor, Dr. Ignacio! I’ve been to freehold before-horrible experience, but I can say by far Monroe is the best experience I have ever had at an urgent care facility and will 100% be back to this location and this location only. Thank you guys for a wonderful visit.

  I have one word to describe the team at this facility FABULOUS!!! I had some ear wax build up in my right ear and tried to clean it out myself as instructed for the past few days, to my dismay I was quite unsuccessful and my ear problem became worse...I couldn’t hear a thing. I went to the urgent care facility this am and was greeted with a friendly pleasant young lady at the front desk and then treated by a very caring doctor and her associate. Outcome was a success and even got a free flu shot. The doctor gave me a printed follow-up routine that I should follow to eliminate further trouble. I would highly recommend Hackensack meridian urgent care in Monroe.

  I love Hackensack Meridian Health Urgent Care of Monroe. The doctor and nurses are SO incredibly kind and warm. I have never had such an enjoyable experience at a doctor’s office as I did there. I came in with a sprained ankle and left with lots of laughter and smiles. I’m so glad I chose the Monroe location. I will be making the Monroe location my first choice before I go to a hospital any day. I look forward to seeing the staff again!
