Dr Hung was very professional and patient with me . I was very nervous to get 2 of my wisdom teeth out and one was impacted so I had to get an incision . She calmly explain the procedure to me and put the iv sedation in me and next thing I know I was sleep lol. The surgery went well and the pain was not as bad as I thought . The healing process was quick as well by the first week I can start eating regular food. It’s amazing how the body heals itself . But she did good I would recommend this place to anyone .
Very friendly and helpful staff. Jamie at the front desk was extremely helpful and addressed all questions and issues I had regarding the insurance aspect.
Dr Hung is the most professional, skilled, and caring oral surgeon. Through the entire process from numbing to extraction I barely felt any discomfort and Dr Hung expeditiously removed the tooth while explaining what she was doing to me. Dr Hung was very gentle and I did not have much pain after the procedure. The front office staff is also very friendly. The office is very spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr Hung and Prospect Oral Surgery.
From phone call to exit these people are professional. They have personality and make you feel welcome. Karen and Jaymie at the front desk are a amazing team. They had everything in order and had me ready for Dr. Hung in short timing. I had a emergency extraction and had to get to work. The amazing ladies in the back took such great care getting everything ready including me yes I'm a big baby and afraid of dental work. They had me calm and excited. I was in so much pain. Truth be told I was scared going in but felt safe with everyone I came in contact with. Dr. Hung what a great woman. She takes the time to make sure everything is painless and correct. I truly believe that she loves her job. As did everyone in her practice. I highly recommend them to all. I am not one to give reviews often and have to say I admire their work ethic and care.
