I understand 100% the progression of technology and how to run a business. If your going to have a building where people can do business in person you have to take into account the community and their needs. This review is for upper management if they read and the only reason its 4 stars is because of the people working here. They did a great job. My suggestion is more employees because of all the seniors that live in this area. Someone like me never enters a bank but sometimes I do need services that I can not get online or at the ATM but there are many that don't and will not learn the technological options.
The manager was being super patient with some nasty person but this abuse is going to happen no matter what if there are not enough people working here. This kind of abuse will drive an employee crazy and will drive customers out. I saw people leave while I was there.
I salute the emoloyees there for doing their best and hope they can one day get the help they need.
