I have worked with Mike Caroselli for over 10 years, he has always gone above and beyond to help me with my office orders. I can not speak for the other representatives at the office but I can always depend on him to get things taken care of in a very timely manner. He has always found me the best deals and looks out for free good from the manufactures for me. I hope other dentist give them a try, I am very happy with my experience with tristate.

I vetted multiple dental equipment companies before starting my build out. I have to say from start to finish Tri-State has been a pleasure to work with. They were professional, and they made themselves available to me throughout the process. This was important for me as mine is a start up practice. There's something to be said about family businesses where each member is committed to customer satisfaction. I didn't expect to receive this level of support from an equipment company, but they really made me feel like a part of their family. When I'm ready to expand there will be no doubt that I will use Tri-State again.
