He has been amazing to work with, helped us to economically scale into some really nice equipment and the service has been shocking.... in a great way. Earlier this week we ran out of toner because the computer we used to communicate with Hunter was broken (our fault). When I called Hunter for help, they answered right away and immediately addressed our problem. As it was after noon, she apologized to me and said we wont get the toner until the next morning.. I was impressed at that alone but then they went a step further.. basically 2 hours after I made my panicked call, Kyle walked into our office with toner in Hand!!! We were blown away. I switched to Dr. Coleman and have seen problems resolved in a single visit that had previously taken 3 to 5 treatments. I received the most complete annual exam that I have had in decades spanning 3 prior providers. Dr. Coleman has explained each treatment option in detail, with emphasis on both the Up and Down sides, to allow me to make an informed choice. On occasion she has pointed out potential problem and supplied treatment options before I became aware of the situation. The waiting area is reasonably large so the you can maintain social distance. The staff has always been considerate and professional.”
