(November 30, 2018, 1:55 pm)Great idea to stay open during the winter months. I go once or twice a month for stuffed cabbage from Stefan, and a few Fusion Empanadas. Other vendors are there with desserts, Italian food, seafood, some produce, and other items. It's semi- covered with the new pavilion, so you stay dry even on rainy days like today. The attached picture is from last August.

(October 14, 2018, 5:09 pm)Very nice! Small petting zoo, face & pumpkin painting. Couple of food trucks. Locally made honey. Green space to play games and kids can run around. Good time for toddlers!

(September 16, 2018, 10:25 pm)A truly beautiful and diverse garden. It's wonderful to check out at different times of the year to see the seasonal changes. The staff have always been pleasant and helpful. It's definitely a great spot to go on a date, hanging out with friends, or attending events.

(September 1, 2018, 6:07 pm)Love this place. Been coming here for many years and it has stayed mostly the same, which is a good thing. Tons of nature, well maintained trails, and the river right nearby. Good place for a light hike or walking your dog.

Fall Festival - Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey
The annual Fall Festival is a day for Children! Spend the afternoon outside discovering the Gardens on a scavenger hunt, visiting the animals, painting pumpkins, playing games and using natural materials from the gardens to create crafts. 12-4pm.
