Great Place Maintenance Management has come a long way. PRIVATE PROPERTY OWNERS NO TRESPASSING, Violaters of any rules or laws get Prosecuted including Vehicle's impounded. Strict community & Application and that's important. Units are spacious, updated, nice quiet place. There is some issues minor things to serious. Place needs a playground park & full landscaping makeover is a all much needed overdue. Security is okay with the plate reader & cameras alert police/ towing patrol. Added speed bumps is great as is any additional safety security. Place is good though! Excellent schools , Close to everything. Local Transit Bus stop, all major Hwys. Located near Route's 1 & 130. Minutes from Route 18 NJTPK, store's, everything
