I want to share a great customer service experience I had today with Lauren from the North Brunswick Ulta location. Lauren went above & beyond over the phone with me over an issue I was having with a “buy online & pick up in store” order. She was patient, worked to get to the cause of the issue, and even went to the store’s stock room to see if they had any inventory of the product in question. Lauren was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The store is lucky to have such a wonderful asset!

I ordered online to pick up in the store. I was really impressed when I walked in, the store is huge, very well maintained and clean, a very impressive selection of products and plenty of people to help. The thing I noticed the most was the smell (I know it sounds crazy but hear me out)...whatever they're pumping through vents was so good, it made me want to stay in the store. Now that's impressive marketing. Prices are competitive with Sephora online but the in store experience is completely different... Ulta takes the win on their stores for sure.
