(November 25, 2017, 2:29 pm)Like other reviewers have said, a solid old school style, no nonsense gym. One-day pass for $10, but I paid $5 for a visit during the holiday weekend.
Some caveats: The only row machine wasn't working and some areas could be rearranged to be less crowded. They don't have bumper plates, so beginner powerlifters might want to go elsewhere to work on deadlifts. It's a smaller gym but I went early in the morning so I didn't have to wait for anything. Not sure how it is later in the afternoon or evening.
The staff was very nice and I would visit again. -

(June 15, 2017, 2:56 pm)No nonsense gym for a decent price. Equipment is pretty old and cardio section seems like an afterthought, but there is a culture of success that is definitely contagious. The staff is very friendly and will always be willing to help you out, especially if you're looking for a spot.
