I recently inherited a property in New Jersey that Arthur helped me to sell. I live out of state several hours away and was anticipating having to make several trips to the area to facilitate the sale. Fortunately for me, Arthur took care of every thing related to the sale. I had no contacts in the area and Author always knew the right person to call and get issues resolved quickly. With a background in home repairs, he even took care of several issues himself. He was even available to help when it came time to clean out the property. Multiple times I saved money throughout the processes by following his recommendations. Arthur helped me locate and purchase a home. Throughout the entire process Arthur was absolutely amazing. This was my first time going through this process and from the first contact all through the date of closing, he remained dedicated, dependable and organized. Even after closing, he has kept contact and willing to provide assistance when necessary. During our first discussion, we spent well over an hour discussing options and the process. The process of buying/selling a home can be very stressful, but I strongly feel Arthur's commitment and expertise really helped a stressful time turn out to be quite enjoyable. Also, I work 6 days per week and have a very busy work schedule. Therefore, I am difficult to reach while I am in treatment with patients; however Arthur was able to accommodate my work schedule and did phone calls early morning/late evening and visited properties on weekends. Also, he placed many phones calls and obtained certifications during the process on my behalf.

Sure, Arthur will sell your house and work to get you the best deal of whatever side you are on....but he will do WHATEVER IT TAKES to get the job done. In my case, Arthur clearly saw how much work needed to be done, how much was going on (during COVID too no less!) and did not hesitate to pitch in to get the house SOLD FOR LIST PRICE!! I was in the midst of settling an estate and navigating major life transitions and...while I did my best to manage, I was extremely overwhelmed. Arthur helped cut the lawn, install smoke detectors, take items to goodwill, arrange fire inspections, change shower heads....and on and on...he really focused on solving problems together as a team and being positive. Arthur and I may have began our relationship as a realtor/seller, but I now consider him a friend. You would be wise to help yourself with someone that knows the field, the market....the game.
