I had my battery checked and replaced at this Auto Zone tonight and the young man who was working was so kind and helpful. I wish I had gotten his name for this review because he truly made this visit to your store a positive one.

Altara, the store manager, was extremely helpful. She was able to find a receipt that was considered lost and handled a stressful situation with superior customer service. I will definitely return for all my future vehicle needs!

I came to get my battery tested and get a diagnostic on it as well cuz I was having issues and wanted to know if there was any more issues I need to fix. After the test Al the store manager was very helpful in listening and answering my questions about the issues with my battery. Even took the time to help fix the cables to my battery which in turn changed the testing for my battery to pass on everything! Much appreciated!

I experienced phenomenal customer service at this location today. I came in to have my battery tested, as it seemed to be losing power recently. The manager, Isabella, was fantastic, going above and beyond the call of duty. She noted that the item was still under warranty and offered a great exchange price for the best battery they carry. Then, she offered to remove the old battery & install the new one, which is not an easy task in my Infiniti. I could not be happier with this location, which I will continue to support.
