From trying on several pairs of glasses to explaining the different benefits to constantly keeping me updated on when the glasses would arrive, excellent and professional service all around. I can clearly tell he is very knowledgeable about his field and cares about what he does. Reel Optics was the ONLY store within several miles of my location to accept my insurance discounts.
