Excel Urgent Care of Old Bridge, NJ

Management should have blocked booking appointments instead of putting workers RN's & doctors under duress at the location after Christmas sick patients online were delayed w not having two doctors present. All personal were amazing n kind. The head leadership is poor w overseeing the website to end delays needs to be let go the old bridge in office team is amazing & worked above n beyond despite the hardship they endured bed side manner is impeccable. Luv the service despite difficulties. 5 stars from me I'm a return patient & state facts.

I was helping a friend, she asked me to give her a ride.
This is a small urgent care, and Appointments are required here, but you can make the appointment right there, they have a QR code posted on the reception window.
They process new patients and appointments pretty fast.
My friend said that the nurse was nice.
Overall We spent here about an hour from walking in and knowing nothing till the appointment was completed.

The 1st experience at this place was good.

I walked in for a Covid test, and both of the women behind the counter are very pleasant. I didn’t wait that long. The doctor was very pleasant. I’ve been there before and I like this place better than the rest of them. Thank you for helping me and being so kind.

It had been awhile since I’ve been to this location and it’s changed a lot since then, and for the better. I was able to quickly and easily make an appointment online for the next day and fill out all my paperwork online. I got there a little early and barely had to wait 5 minutes after checking in. Immediately saw a nurse for vitals and all that jazz and then only waited about 3 minutes before the doctor came in. Everyone had a really pleasant demeanor and bedside manner. They seemed to care about their patients even though I am not one they’ve seen regularly. I was in and out and on my way to feeling better in no time. I was on my lunch break from work so I was grateful to have the time to pick up my antibiotic and eat lunch before having to clock back in. Quick and efficient. I would return and I would recommend.
