  M3 Collision has the best, professional staff. They provided a timely estimate, repaired my car faster than I expected and it looked perfect after the repair. I highly recommend this shop

  I got into my very first car accident a few weeks ago, and my car was not drivable afterwards. I have over an hour commute to work every day and wasn't covered for a rental, so, needless to say the stress was at an all time high! I called M3 after it was towed and they took care of it from there! Amazing communication, never had any problems getting in touch with Pete, the manager, or getting answers from any of the other workers. They showed me the work that needed to be done and explained everything thoroughly while assuring me not to worry. They also managed to get a substantial amount of work done in a matter of a week! They also detailed it and made it look brand new for when I picked it up. Being a woman with little to no knowledge on cars, I was nervous I would be taken advantage of. I had absolutely no problems here, M3 took the best care of me and my car and made the whole process a lot easier and less stressful with an outstanding finishing price as well! I am so beyond satisfied and I will never stop referring people here! If you're looking for a place you can trust to take care of your car, look no further!! THEY CARE! Thank you to the M3 Collision team for going above and beyond to make my experience great.

  I got rear-ended (while stopped) at stoplight by a teen driver who agreed to pay for all damages. She did not provide an insurance card, just NJ registration card, and begged me not to call insurance or the police. She called her parents who agreed to settle it out of pocket, while at the accident scene. The next day I took it nearby to M3 Collision who wrote a very accurate damage assessment and quote to replace the bumper (rare model).
  
  When the owner of the vehicle reviewed the quote, he refused to pay, threatening to refute what actually happened at scene (even though he wasn't there). He refused to present his insurer's name and policy number and to be held accountable for agreement expressed during the incident.
  
  Pete (M3C Owner) immediately told me to hang up, file a police report and file a claim thru my insurer to gain info of driver's insurer, using their VIN number. While it took a few weeks, everything got resolved. That's the experience!
  
  I was awarded the claim, then M3C took care of the rest in
