I highly recommend A-General Sewer Service in Old Bridge, NJ. Anthony Jamison is a true gentleman that genuinely cares and is the best in the business! Even though he's a head honcho at A-General Sewer Service , he personally came out to my home on a Sunday to help me with a clogged washer line. When it was clear that the washer line intersected the main line at a V, under a concrete floor, with no direct access, he didn't fold up like a cheap lawn chair! He pulled out his SEE SNAKE (a snake with a video camera on it), located the washer line and bent the snake until it somehow, someway, made its way in to eliminate the clog....remarkable! Talk about tenacity...the alternative was to rip up the concrete floor. He even snaked my main sewer line while he was there at no extra charge. Anthony is my hero and I suggest you ask for him when you call..you won't be disappointed.
The plumber came on time. Management called to confirm 45 minutes ahead of time. The price quoted over the phone was the price I paid. Any charges for additional services or parts were cleared with me in advance. Connor was polite, professional, personable and effective. I recommend A General 100%. Thank you Connor!
